The purpose of Wellington Homes of Wisconsin, LLC Board of Directors (the “Board”) is to provide facilities designed to accommodate the physical, social, spiritual, emotional, recreational, health and other needs of elderly or disabled persons, regardless of race, color, creed, sex or national origin, and without regard to the financial resources of such persons.

It is the policy of the Board to consistently and fully comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to the delivery of and billing for services to its residents and clients. The Board is dedicated to adhering to high ethical standards and, accordingly, recognizes the importance of compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
